There are standard bookmarks first, last, previous and next. Selecting a bookmark the screen scrolls to the first, last, next, previous event. When adding a bookmark it does not scrolls to the boomarked event but only moves along the timeline. Is it possible to provide a consistent behaviour for bookmarks, so when I add one and select it, it scrolls to the bookmarked event? Thanks

Hi, At present, when you create a bookmark, it currently only ties to a particular date and zoom level, but not to any specific event. This was a deliberate design decision at the time, although quite a few users have been looking for the different use case, as you have indicated. During beta testing it was suggested that perhaps there should be two types of bookmarks, the current one, and one tied to a specific selected event - such that when the event moves, the bookmark will always point to its new location. This is something I will probably implement in the future. In the mean time, if you know the name of the event you are after, the search tools (Ctrl/Cmd+F) may be the quickest way to navigate to them quickly. Matt
