how to tag/mark/whatever entities?

I would like to mark my characters as "male" or "female". But I don't seem to be able to assign a category to entities, only to events. I also don't seem to be able to tag entities, only events. Can you make it possible to tag or categorize entities as well as events?

Hi, You are correct that there is currently no tags or additional property fields for entities. It is certainly something I can look to include in the future. One option for you now would be to split them into two different entity types, e.g. "Male Person" and "Female Person"... but that may be overkill. Matt

The only two solutions I was able to come up with assigning a gender to a character/entity, was to give it a Role all its own, "Gender" with text input, then add it to the custom viewing of the entity (I think, not too sure on that last part), but to know at a glance I'd add their gender to the character name, example: Major Matherson (M), or Captain Sully (F)
