Hi, Aeon Timeline allows you to link to either files on your desktop computer or web addresses. Some desktop mail apps save files of emails you could link to, or if you are using web mail you might be able to link to the specific mail address, depending on what email you are using. What platform are you on and what mail client do you use? At the moment there isn't a way to create an event from an existing email message, apart from doing it manually. Jess
