Scrivener import/sync duplicates Entities

I am having major issues with the syncing function to Scrivener. When I enter data in Scrivener, for example, putting in the character arc info for a scene. When I open Aeon Timeline 2 and sync with the project, rather than using the Character Arc Entity that was already created in Aeon Timeline, it will create a whole new arc with the same name for that entry.

Hi, A couple of things first to check: When syncing, entity names are case-sensitive, and also look at whitespace, so you need to check that they have exactly the same string (eg. if you had an extra space at the end of one of the names it would think they were different). Have you updated the most recent version of Aeon Timeline? This update did include changes to Scrivener syncing, and it would be helpful to know if this is a problem for you in the that version or an earlier one. If you believe the two names are exactly the same in Scrivener and Aeon Timeline, then if you can send us your timeline file and Scrivener project with instructions on what you did to cause the problem to support@aeontimeline.com, this will help us find a solution for you.
