Short answer: Not really. AT2 and Scrivener have very different underlying models for organising and storing information. Most of the restrictions are on the Scrivener side. What makes Scrivener such a powerful and flexible tool for writers also makes it difficult to synchronise information with third party software. Entities are "native" to AT2 but Scrivener has no corresponding concept other than in the mind of the user.
