Display contents not working?

"To add and remove items, drag-in and drag-out respectively. To move items, drag an item on to another to swap positions" What am I doing wrong? When I mouse over an item in the tray at the bottom, the pointer turns to crossed-arrows, but dragging from there does nothing.

What do mean "does nothing". You should be able to drag onto the Green plus sugn that says "Drag to add an item".

Hi, To clarify your problem, so when you drag at item from the bottom tray, does it appear to move with your mouse when you drag it? If you attempt to drag it onto the green plus sign, does this box highlight? Have you been able to drag any items from inside the display box to the tray at the bottom? Also, which operating system are you using? Jess

I think I'm having the same problem. I hover over the options at the bottom ("Observer" for example), and I get the cross arrows, but clicking and dragging does nothing... they won't move (literally nothing happens -- no dragging, no highlighting, it doesn't even seem to select the option). I tried clicking the green plus symbol, nothing, tried typing into the grey box, nothing. I can delete options that are already there, but can't add them back again, and I can't drag them out, either (I can only delete using the red x that appears when you hover over them). I'm on Mac 10.10.5 and have just downloaded the trial of AT2. [Screenshot 2016-10-01 15](//

Jess, FWIW on v2.1.3 Windows 7 it works ok.

Okay, so I just ran a security update on my OS and it's working now (still on 10.10.5). Odd, but at least it seems to be fixed now.

For me the problem resolved by quitting and restarting Aeon.

Oooops! Sorry, restarting the software seems to have solved the issue!!

I know I reported this via email a couple of weeks ago, but in the interest of keeping feedback in one place, I also see this bug often. Restarting the application does solve it temporarily. I have tried to figure out how to replicate the problem, but it seems very random. Since it's a minor annoyance in an area that I'm not constantly using, I've stopped trying to chase it down.
